This warranty excludes such parts as the wrist strap, the sapphire crystal(s), the winding crown, the push-pieces (chronograph models) and any damage that may arise through improper usage, carelessness, accidents of all kinds and normal wear-and-tear.
All sales are final and payment of damages and consequential damages are excluded.
